We want you to be happy with your purchase, but understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Please read the guidelines below before submitting a return request.
⏱ Processing time for orders
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item is shipped .
- Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
✅ Return and Refund Policy
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged , and include all original tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items that:
- Is used, washed, or altered.
- Lacks labels or original packaging.
- Cannot be resold due to personal use.
Damaged or incorrect goods:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos showing the problem. Wait for instructions from our customer service team before returning the item.

- Receive your order → Dissatisfied with your purchase.

- Confirm your right of return and wait for the return address from our team.
- Send the item to the address provided, and keep the receipt for the shipment.
- The refund will be processed after inspection and approval of the return.

Customer's responsibility:
If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, taste), the customer must cover the shipping cost . -
Our responsibility:
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item , Osloora will cover the shipping costs.
Note: Freight costs paid by the customer are non-refundable .
💳 Refund time
- The refund will be processed within 3 business days after we have received and inspected the item.
- The bank or payment provider may take extra time before the amount appears in your account.

Do not return goods to the sender's address on the package.
Our customer service team will provide the correct return address after the request has been approved. -
No return fee applies.
However, the customer is responsible for the return costs unless the fault lies with us.
